Gentle, Thoughtful Grooming
Your dog deserves to feel safe, seen, and cared for. Their groomer provides a personalized grooming experience, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for your dog and selecting products that support their coat and skin. With a calm, steady rhythm and plenty of reassurance, we help your dog settle in, relax, and feel understood every step of the way.

Step 1
Book + Meet
Your pet is unique, and even within the same breed, no two dogs are alike. When you reach out to book by phone, email, or text, we'll help match you with the groomer best suited for your dog's coat type, temperament, and needs. On the day of your appointment, you'll meet your groomer in person to review your dog's routine, preferences, and any important details. This first connection helps set the tone for a calm, comfortable, and personalized grooming experience.

Step 2
Prep + Bath
When your dog arrives, they're welcomed into the space and given time to check out the groomers, other dogs, and the shop atmosphere before their bath. Once on the table, we begin by trimming nails, tidying paw pads, and checking for mats. Your dog then receives a calm, well-balanced bath using products chosen by their groomer for their coat and skin needs. Bath time is kept positive and flexible, always adjusted to match your dog's comfort level and tolerance.

Step 3
Blow + Brush
After the bath, we gently towel-dry your dog before using professional high-velocity dryers to lift water, remove loose hair, and prepare the coat. Each dog's drying process is adjusted to their comfort—some benefit from slower or quieter methods, especially around the face. Throughout this stage, we stay attentive to your dog's cues, guiding the pace and approach so the drying experience feels thorough, considerate, and as comfortable as possible for their individual needs.

Step 4
Style + Smile
Once your dog is fully dry, their coat receives a thorough brush-out to lift the coat and remove loose hair. From there, their groomer continues with the coat work appropriate for your dog—this may include a full trim or haircut for longer or curlier coats, or a complete brush and deshed for shorter-coated breeds. Each finishing stage focuses on supporting your dog's coat needs so they can head home feeling comfortable, cared for, and ready to settle in afterward.

Brush Out Only
This service helps remove loose hair, smooth the coat, and prevent tangles from turning into mats. The groomer gently works through your dog’s coat to clear light knots and early compacting — the soft clumps of fur that can turn into tight, uncomfortable mats if left too long.
Groomers always follow a pain-free approach and will only brush what can be safely and comfortably done for your dog. If they come across areas that are too tight or sensitive, they’ll let you know and discuss the best options moving forward.
- Light Brush-Out (15-30 mins)starts at 35
- Extended Brush-Out (up to 1 hour)starts at 65
Heavily Matted Coat Care
Heavily matted coats require careful and safe handling to protect your dog’s comfort and skin health. When the coat becomes tightly tangled or compacted against the skin, brushing or combing can be painful — so the safest and kindest option is to shave out the heavy matting. Your groomer will always put your dog’s well-being first. They’ll work carefully and only do what your pup can safely tolerate.
This clipping process gives your dog a fresh start, allowing the coat to grow back healthy and making it easier to return to a regular grooming routine. Keeping up with consistent grooms helps prevent matting in the future and keeps your dog comfortable year-round.
Pricing varies based on your dog’s weight, breed, and the condition of the matted coat.

We kindly ask that you notify us if you’re running late for your appointment. Please note that late fees may apply depending on the duration and nature of the lateness, and in some cases, rescheduling may be necessary.
Cancellations

Before Arriving
We kindly ask that you make sure your dog has a potty break before coming in. This helps keep our shop clean and tidy for all our fur-guests.
Special tip: A short walk beforehand helps your pup relax, let out some energy, and settle in comfortably before their groom begins.
Personal Space Needs
Some dogs feel more comfortable when they have their own space away from other pups — and that’s completely okay! If your dog needs to be separated from the group for any reason, we’re happy to accommodate.
